Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage field operations, teams, resources, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent operational and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing large field teams and achieving operational targets. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of field activities while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field operations across assigned locations.

- Lead, supervise, and manage field personnel, supervisors, technicians, and support teams.
- Develop operational plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Monitor field activities to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and within agreed timelines.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for field teams and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, manpower utilization, equipment usage, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with internal departments including HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and senior management.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits and audits to assess performance, quality, safety, and compliance.




- Prepare and present operational reports, performance dashboards, forecasts, and management updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in, Operations Management, Engineering

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in field operations, with significant experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing large field teams and geographically distributed operations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, logistics, and resource management.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving operational KPIs, productivity targets, and service-level objectives.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, reporting, and operational performance management.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders is preferred.
