Role Description The Field Marketing Executive role at AR GLOBAL HUB is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing local marketing activities such as education fairs, seminars, workshops, and campus outreach to promote the company’s services.

The Field Marketing

Executive will build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other partners, while gathering market insights to support campaign strategies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating promotional materials, engaging with prospective students and parents, tracking lead generation,



and reporting on campaign performance to the marketing and counseling teams. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective representation of the brand in the field.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Experience in field marketing, event management, or education sector outreach, preferably in study-abroad or training services.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute local marketing initiatives, including events, promotional activities, and partnership programs.
- Comfort with data collection and basic reporting on campaign outcomes, lead generation, and market feedback.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools used for marketing coordination and CRM or lead tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Fluency in English and local languages, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad and nearby regions for events and partner visits.
