Zenskar is looking for a Field Marketing & Events Intern to join our Bengaluru team.

You'll work closely with the Field Marketing team on events for CFOs and finance leaders across the US. This is a hands-on role where you'll help with event research, vendor coordination, outreach, project tracking, and post-event reporting.

What you'll do:

- Research venues, vendors, attendees, and relevant events
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and external partners
- Draft and manage emails for partners, speakers, and attendees
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and task updates
- Support post-event reporting and analysis
- Use AI tools to improve research, coordination, and repetitive workflows
- Work closely with the Field Marketing team on event execution

What we're looking for:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Someone who takes ownership and follows up proactively
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets




- Interest in marketing, events, or operations
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Willingness to work with US-overlap hours when required

Good to have:

- Event coordination experience
- Marketing or project management experience
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make

Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office

Stipend: ₹10,000–20,000/month

Duration: 3–6 months
