Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Executive – Industrial Marketing who will be responsible for visiting industrial customers, generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

The candidate should be comfortable with daily field visits to industries, factories, plants and industrial areas and should have good communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to industrial customers, factories and manufacturing units.
- Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Visit customers and understand their product requirements, technical requirements and purchase needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Purchase, Maintenance, Production, Stores and Engineering departments.
- Generate enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, trials, orders and payments.
- Collect customer and market information including competitor activities, pricing and product requirements.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and trials at customer sites whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly visit and lead-generation targets.
- Explore recent industrial customers and expand the company's customer base.




- Submit regular field visit reports and provide feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Steel Plants
- Sponge Iron Plants
- Rolling Mills
- SMS & CCM Plants
- Power Plants
- Engineering Industries
- Fabrication Industries
- Mining & Mineral Industries
- Other Manufacturing & Process Industries

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Good customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial products / industrial processes will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Result-oriented and target-focused approach

Qualification 12th / Diploma / Graduate / B.Tech / ITI

Candidates from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Marketing backgrounds will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + TA+ Incentives

Salary will be based on qualification and experience.
