As a Field Associate/Lead, you will work directly on the ground with political and social leaders, party workers, and the general public to enhance and streamline the quality of political campaigning and messaging.

This role offers a unique opportunity to experiment with innovative campaign strategies and spotlight the issues faced by vulnerable and marginalized communities.

Your core responsibilities will include coordinating with local political stakeholders, conceptualizing and executing impactful campaign ideas, and gathering real-time feedback to help shape the party s direction.





You ll collaborate closely with senior political campaign professionals who will mentor you in refining your ideas and sharpening your strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze and assess the socio-political landscape.
- Prepare detailed reports that serve as comprehensive tools to inform party leadership and internal teams on political dynamics.
- Coordinate party communications with local political stakeholders to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
- Advise party leaders on electoral strategies grounded in objective data and actionable insights.
- Design and implement micro-campaigns to strengthen outreach efforts of local party units.
- Execute and monitor state-level campaigns within assigned geographies, ensuring timely and effective rollout.
- Oversee campaign logistics and operations to maintain efficiency and responsiveness on the ground.

Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in any field, preferably from a premier institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in social sciences, public policy, or journalism.
- 2 15+ years of full-time or part-time experience in consulting, fieldwork, research, journalism, stakeholder management, or marketing.
- Proven ability to manage team operations and coordinate effectively.




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Tamil (reading and writing) is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills.
