Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Application Engineer role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Field Application

Engineer will provide technical support to customers, assisting with component selection, circuit design, and system integration for electronics and electrical products. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and supporting design-in activities for products from ADLER Electric, AIPU Power, SETFUSE, and SITCORES. The individual will conduct on-site visits, troubleshoot application issues,



and work with internal engineering and supplier teams to resolve technical problems. The role also includes documenting application notes, maintaining technical records, and staying current with industry trends in analog and power electronics.

Qualifications

- Strong Field Applications and Technical Support skills, with experience assisting customers from design through production.
- Knowledge of Analog and Electronics, including circuit design, power electronics, and component selection.
- Ability to support Sales activities through technical consultation, product demonstrations, and pre- and post-sales engineering support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience working with electronic components, power supplies, protection devices, or similar products.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach to testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and to customer sites as required.
- Prior experience in distributor, manufacturer, or OEM environments is beneficial.
