Role Description The Fiber Laser Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kishangarh. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, setup, and optimization of fiber laser-based manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and throughput. Day-to-day tasks include developing and validating process parameters, collaborating with mechanical and industrial engineers on equipment layouts, and supporting machining operations that integrate fiber laser systems.

The engineer will troubleshoot production issues, implement continuous improvements, document standard operating procedures, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality, and production planning.



The role also involves evaluating new technologies, supporting equipment procurement and installation, and training shop-floor personnel on fiber laser workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering relevant to fiber laser and CNC-based production.
- Applied experience in Industrial Engineering, including workflow optimization, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles for machine design, tooling, thermal effects, and material behavior under laser processing.
- Hands-on experience with Machining operations, machine tool setup, and integration of fiber laser systems into existing equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with CAD/CAM tools, CNC programming, and laser cutting or welding equipment is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with quality systems, process validation, and safety standards in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership teams on-site.
- Proven problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and readiness to work in a fast-paced factory setting in Kishangarh.
