Job Title: F&B; CaptainJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B; Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the service team in delivering a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stewards and service staff during shifts.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
- Assist in table allocation, reservations, and smooth restaurant operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.




- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining areas before and after service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and beverage offerings.
- Assist management in achieving sales targets and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and versatile shifts.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
