Mantra IXE Fashion is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Fashion Sales & Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Mangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion and styling, and the ability to build relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist showroom customers and understand their requirements.

Recommend suitable outfits, styles, colours and accessories based on the customer's occasion and budget.

Handle men's wedding, festive and celebration-wear customers.

Convert walk-ins and enquiries into sales.

Handle WhatsApp, phone and social-media enquiries and follow up consistently.

Maintain customer leads and follow-up records.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories.

Support wedding customers with outfit coordination and styling.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Maintain excellent customer experience before, during and after the sale.

Build relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with designers,



tailoring and operations teams for custom orders and timely delivery.

Support visual merchandising and maintain showroom presentation.

Interest in fashion, styling and men's celebration wear.

Retail, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or premium retail experience is preferred.
