We are looking for a experienced and creative Fashion Design Faculty cum Counsellor who can effectively combine teaching responsibilities with student counselling and admissions support. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical fashion education, mentoring students, and counselling prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Design Faculty

- Conduct theory and practical classes
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in developing collections, portfolios, fashion projects, and design concepts.
- Provide individual feedback and mentorship to students.
- Organize workshops, industry interactions, fashion shows, exhibitions, and other academic activities.
- Evaluate student work, maintain academic records, and monitor student progress.
- Keep students updated with current fashion trends, techniques, materials, and industry practices.

Student Counselling & Admissions

- Counsel prospective students and parents about fashion design courses, curriculum, career opportunities, and industry scope.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand students' interests and guide them towards the most suitable course.
- Conduct campus visits and course presentations for prospective students.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.




- Maintain enquiry and admission records and coordinate with the management/admissions team.
- Support promotional activities, open houses, workshops, exhibitions, and admission campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Teaching/training experience in fashion design is essential.
- Solid knowledge of fashion design
- Good communication, presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, confident, approachable, and student-friendly personality.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Candidates with industry experience in fashion/apparel will be preferred.

Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to effectively manage both academic and counselling responsibilities, maintain strong student relationships, contribute towards admissions, and actively participate in the overall growth and development of the Fashion Design department. Ideal Candidate: A fashion professional who is equally comfortable teaching students, mentoring young designers, interacting with parents, and counselling prospective students about their career options in fashion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
