Job Overview We are looking for a Fashion Consultant with solid apparel retail sales experience to assist customers, understand their fashion needs, and provide personalized styling recommendations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting apparel based on their preferences, requirements, and occasions.
- Provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of apparel, fabrics, fits, sizes, and current fashion trends.




- Manage product displays and ensure the store is maintained as per visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and day-to-day store operations.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in apparel retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
