KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and execute seasonal crop cycles and plantation activities
- Manage natural and chemical-free farming practices across the project
- Develop and maintain soil health through composting, mulching, natural inputs and sustainable practices
- Plan irrigation, water usage, drip systems and rainwater utilization
- Manage plantations, vegetables, fruit crops, native crops and farm development activities
- Supervise farm supervisors, field workers and daily labour
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans and ensure timely execution
- Monitor crop growth, productivity, pest and disease-related issues
- Maintain farm records including crops, inputs, labour, irrigation, harvest and productivity
- Ensure proper maintenance of farm infrastructure, tools and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors, agricultural experts and management
- Train and guide farm workers on natural farming practices
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Maintain cleanliness,



safety and overall discipline across the farm
- Support farm development initiatives and continuously improve farming productivity

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong practical knowledge of Natural / Organic Farming

- Hands-on experience in crop cultivation and farm operations
- Good understanding of soil health, composting, mulching and natural inputs
- Knowledge of irrigation and water management
- Experience managing farm labour and field teams
- Ability to plan, execute and monitor farming activities independently
- Positive documentation and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or digital farm-management tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Willingness to work primarily on-site in a farm environment
