We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day production and assembly activities at our electronics manufacturing facility in Wazirpur.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising the assembly and testing of Power Adapters, ONU/ONT and Wi-Fi Routers, managing workers, maintaining production quality and achieving daily production targets.

Main Duties:

- Supervise daily production and assembly activities.
- Manage and allocate work to factory workers/operators.
- Monitor assembly, soldering, wiring, fitting and testing processes.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Check product quality and control rejection/rework.
- Coordinate with stores for required components and materials.
- Maintain daily production, material and manpower records.
- Identify production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise testing and packing of finished products.
- Train and guide workers on assembly and quality procedures.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and safety on the factory floor.




- Prepare daily production reports for management.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in factory/production supervision, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in Power Adapter, ONU/ONT, Wi-Fi Router or similar electronics assembly will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PCB, soldering, wiring, electronic components and testing.
- Good manpower handling and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented.
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Electronics or relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with hands-on experience in electronics assembly and the ability to independently manage factory workers and daily production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
