Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled factory Supervisor to oversee construction projects work and ensure they are completed efficiently and on schedule. If you have strong leadership and organizational skills, join our team!

- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth progress of work.
- Team Management: Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all protocols.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on work progress, quality checks, stock maintain and resource allocation.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any challenges promptly.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials,



and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Planning & Execution: Ensure the project is executed as per design, timeline, and budget.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans for execution work .
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Approx 15,000 CTC - 18,000 CTC, Salary will be variable, which will be finalized after interview
