We are looking for an ambitious, responsible and people-oriented Factory Supervisor to join our Seafood Processing & Exporting Business.

This is not just another supervisor job.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and, within 5 years, develop from a Supervisor into a complete Factory Manager, capable of independently managing the entire factory operation.

YOUR 5-YEAR GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Year 1 — Supervisor

Learn our operations, processes, quality standards, workforce management and export procedures.

Years 2–3 — Operations Leadership

Take increasing responsibility for production, people, quality, efficiency, inventory and day-to-day factory operations.

Years 4–5 — Management

Develop the ability to independently manage the complete factory and lead the team as the Factory Manager.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leaders in the seafood processing and export industry.

We will invest in your development because we are looking for someone who can eventually take full ownership of the operation.
