What We're Looking For✔ 15–20 years of experience in garment manufacturing

✔ Solid knowledge of production planning, industrial engineering, quality, and compliance

✔ Exposure to denim garment manufacturing will be an added advantage

✔ Proven experience in managing large-scale factory operations

✔ Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities





✔ Focus on productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end factory operations and production teams

- Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with customer, safety, and regulatory requirements
