Role Description The Business Development & Operations – Facility Management Services role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in facility management services, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and supporting proposal development, bid responses, and contract negotiations. The individual will coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery, monitor facility performance metrics, and assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline tracking, client meetings, site visits, and preparation of business reports and presentations for management review.



The role also includes ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client-specific requirements across managed facilities.

Qualifications

- Business development and client relationship management skills for identifying opportunities, managing accounts, and closing deals in facility management or real estate services.
- Operational management and coordination skills for overseeing facility service delivery, vendor management, and day-to-day site operations.
- Market research and analytical skills for assessing demand, benchmarking competitors, and preparing data-driven proposals and business cases.
- Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders, conduct meetings, and deliver professional reports and pitches.
- Knowledge of facility management practices, property management processes, and basic understanding of ESG and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or property management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in facility management services, corporate real estate, or operations management is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
