Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Facebook Ad Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns that deliver strong ROI for our real estate clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with client goals and increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish, including setting up targeting, budgeting, and creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create engaging ad content.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.




- Stay updated on the latest Facebook ads trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Facebook Ad Campaign Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and all its features, including ad setup, audience targeting, and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Instagram Ads, or other PPC platforms is an added advantage.
