Role Description The Facade Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves developing detailed facade designs for building envelopes, including cladding and glazing systems, in line with project specifications and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with structural and architectural teams, and ensuring design feasibility and constructability.

The Facade

Designer will work closely with project managers, vendors, and site teams to resolve technical issues, optimize design solutions,



and support smooth execution from concept through installation. The role also includes evaluating materials, adhering to relevant codes and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in facade design practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Facade and Facade Design for building envelopes and exterior systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cladding and Glazing for the design and detailing of external finishes and curtain wall systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Shop Drawings for accurate fabrication and installation.
- Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience with CAD and facade design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and structural principles related to facades.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
