Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Marketing and Business Development Executive at CLIO Eye Care in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase patient footfall and brand awareness, including community outreach, local advertising, and digital initiatives. The executive will build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporate partners, and local organizations, and support the design of promotional materials and patient education content.

Day-to-day tasks include tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, coordinating events such as eye camps and awareness programs, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to improve service offerings. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, supporting pricing and package development, and ensuring consistent branding and communication across all channels.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in healthcare or service marketing, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and patient acquisition.
- Experience in business development, relationship management, and networking with doctors, corporates, and community partners.
- Ability to use digital tools and social media platforms for marketing, basic data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; prior experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple initiatives and work collaboratively on-site.
- Comfort working in a patient-focused environment, with sensitivity to healthcare ethics and confidentiality.
