Dharmbhakti Namkeen is a growing FMCG food company focused on delivering quality Indian snacks and namkeen products. We are expanding our international business and looking for an enthusiastic Export Sales Executive to join our team.

? Job Responsibilities

* Generate recent leads and business opportunities in international markets.

- Contact potential overseas customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain products, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with international clients.
- Identify potential buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers in different countries.
- Prepare quotations, offers, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, production, dispatch, and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new countries and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

? Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.

- Experience in FMCG, Food Products, Namkeen, Snacks,



or related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Export Sales / International Sales will have an added advantage.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Basic knowledge of international business/export processes will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
