Business Development Executive – Lithium Batteries

About the Company

Agson Industries Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and exports batteries under the THRUST brand, with established business in African and Middle Eastern markets.

We are expanding into Lithium Batteries and Energy Storage Products for global markets and are looking for a motivated International Business Development Executive to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop international B2B sales for lithium batteries and energy storage products.
- Identify and approach importers, distributors, dealers, OEMs and wholesalers across global markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, B2B platforms, databases and online research.
- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements and present suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up with customers to close orders.
- Develop long-term relationships with international customers.
- Research competitors, market prices and new business opportunities.




- Coordinate with Chinese suppliers when required for product specifications, pricing and customization.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales records.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in lithium batteries, solar products, inverters, UPS, energy storage or electrical products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience dealing with international customers is preferred.
- Knowledge of lithium battery products such as LiFePO₄, BMS, battery packs and ESS will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with lead generation and cold outreach.

Important This is an office-based international sales role in Paschim Vihar, Recent Delhi. No travelling is required.
