Autism Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is a growing multicity, multicentre initiative focused on providing structured, collaborative and parent-inclusive intervention for children with neurodevelopmental and special needs. We are expanding our intervention network and are looking for experienced and committed Special Educators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured special education and remedial intervention sessions for children with special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized learning goals and intervention plans.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and parents.
- Maintain systematic session records, progress reports and intervention documentation.
- Monitor children's progress and modify intervention goals as required.
- Guide and support parents in implementing appropriate strategies at home.
- Participate in case discussions, team reviews and professional development activities.
- Follow standardized therapy protocols, intervention practices and documentation systems of Autism Alliance.
- Contribute to a collaborative, child-centred and family-inclusive intervention environment.
Eligibility & Requirements
- RCI Registration is mandatory.
- Qualification: D.Ed. (Special Education), B.Ed. (Special Education) or M.Ed. (Special Education).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Special Educator.
- Experience working with young children, particularly in the early-intervention age group, will be preferred.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental conditions is preferred.
- Solid skills in individualized intervention planning, goal setting and documentation.
- Good communication and parent-counselling/collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Mandatory Training Selected candidates may be required to undergo a mandatory 1 - 2 month on-the-job training at the Nodal Centre in Ludhiana, before or during placement at their respective location.
