About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Exhibition Manager who can manage the complete operations of garment and fashion exhibitions across different cities in India. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, labour, inventory, stock movement, exhibition setup, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete exhibition operations from setup to closing.
- Travel and move from city to city as per the company's exhibition schedule.
- Stay at different exhibition locations for the required duration of each event.
- Manage products including garments, bags, footwear, luggage, accessories, and fashion merchandise.
- Manage and supervise the complete sales staff and labour team.
- Allocate duties, shifts, and responsibilities to staff.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Manage loading, unloading, transportation, stock movement, and labour.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records before, during, and after every exhibition.
- Ensure proper stock counting, display, replenishment, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor sales and stock movement throughout the exhibition.
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory, manpower, and operational requirements.
- Ensure the exhibition area is properly organized and maintained.




- Handle operational problems and ensure smooth functioning during high-footfall exhibitions.
- Conduct final stock counting and closing procedures after each exhibition.
- Coordinate the movement of staff, labour, and inventory from one city to the next.
- Ensure that all merchandise and exhibition materials are safely transferred to the next location.
- Maintain discipline and accountability across the entire exhibition team.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in exhibitions, retail, garments, fashion, warehouse, or sales operations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Experience managing sales teams and labour.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and moving from city to city.
- Must be willing to stay away from home for extended exhibition schedules.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and sales tracking.
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure during exhibitions.
- Should be highly responsible, organized, energetic, and hands-on.

Important

This is a travelling job. The candidate will be required to move from city to city and manage exhibitions at different locations across India.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Travel & Stay: Company-provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
