Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source and screen qualified IT candidates based on job specifications and client requirements.

Interviewing & Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and present top talent to hiring managers and clients.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future positions, ensuring a consistent supply of qualified talent.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Facilitate offer negotiation processes and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for candidates and clients.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in compliance with company and client standards,



ensuring transparency and integrity throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
