Role Description The Executive Search Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for physician positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and presenting qualified profiles to healthcare employers.

The consultant will build and maintain relationships with doctors and client organizations, understand hiring needs, and provide consultative guidance on talent strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and clients, maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems,



and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role also includes market research on healthcare recruitment trends, participation in networking activities, and close collaboration with internal team members to meet placement targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills to engage effectively with physicians and healthcare employers.
- Proficiency in interviewing and consulting to assess candidate fit and advise clients on recruitment strategies.
- Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Experience or interest in healthcare recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple searches, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional regional languages considered an advantage.
