We are Hiring - Executive (Process Optimization)!!!

Key Responsibilities:

The Process Optimization Executive will be responsible for driving engineering excellence by enhancing processes, standards, best practices, and tools across multiple factories. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, Finance, and HR, to achieve process improvements.

- Implement improvement projects: Plan and execute improvement projects in the factory to optimize production processes and equipment.
- Optimize equipment processes: Evaluate, improve, and optimize processes and equipment to enhance performance and product quality.
- Perform calculations and simulations: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations before implementing new solutions.
- Update new technology solutions: Continuously update and implement new technology solutions in the factory's production processes.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other teams to improve processes and resolve arising issues.
- Support factory team: Provide technical support and consultation to the factory team as needed.
- Problem-solving: Analyse and resolve issues related to production processes and equipment.
- Evaluate performance: Measure and evaluate the performance of processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure that processes and equipment comply with regulations and quality standards.

Technical Skills: Education :



Bachelor’s degree in food technology or undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Life Sciences.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the food processing industry, focusing on:

- Process improvements and optimization
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Production and business excellence

Technical Expertise:

- Strong foundational knowledge of food science and processing.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferrable).
- Proficiency in data interpretation, modelling, and simulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, compile, analyse, and interpret data

Technology Proficiency:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Problem-Solving:

- Strong ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
