Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive –

- Manufacturing with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. The successful candidate will lead machine electrical assembly, shop floor operations, and advanced troubleshooting for CNC and PLC systems. This role requires technical expertise to handle installations and debugging both at vendor locations and customer sites

Key Responsibilities

Assembly &

- Commissioning:

- Project scheduling and Releases control: Read OHD’s, create Project schedule, and electrical extract, release all the project electrical material (understanding of SAP process will be added advantage)
- Material Handling &
- Management:
- Inventory Control: Supervise the movement, storage, and accounting of electrical components and assembly materials.
- Supply Chain Alignment: Coordinate with the procurement team to prevent component shortages and track delivery schedules.
- Resource Optimization:



Minimize waste, protect sensitive electronic inventory, and ensure material availability for production runs.
- Machine Electrical Assembly: Execute complex electrical assemblies following engineering drawings and schematics.
- Vendor Site Commissioning: Manage and execute machine switch-on protocols and verification testing at vendor locations.
- Quality Assurance: Verify electrical wiring accuracy, control panel layouts, and critical safety circuits prior to operational deployment.

Shop Floor &

- Operations

- Shop Floor Management: Supervise daily shop floor activities to ensure production targets and timelines are met.
- Machine Dispatch Activities: Supervise the dispatch activities like machine backup, spare handling, Interlock Check, Checklist filling.
- Safety &
- Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and 5S standards across the manufacturing and assembly floor.
- Process Optimization: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize operational workflow efficiency.

Troubleshooting &

- Service

- Diagnostic &
- Resolution: Systematically diagnose CNC/PLC software bugs and resolve unexpected electrical or mechanical breakdowns.




- Customer Site Support: Conduct scheduled and emergency customer site visits to resolve complex field service issues.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Provide detailed technical support and root-cause analysis documentation for system or component failures. Understanding of RCA techniques will be add advantage.

Job Requirements Education &

- Experience

- Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on Experience: Proven, practical experience working directly with industrial CNC and PLC manufacturing machinery.

Technical Skills

- Controller Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Fanuc, NUM, Omron, and Siemens CNC controllers.
- Schematic Literacy: Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and trace complex electrical schematics and circuit diagrams. Hands on experience with Eplan software will be add advantage.
- Automation Engineering: Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, sensor integration, and hardware-software interfacing.

- Logistics

- Problem Solving: Robust analytical skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Client Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear, professional customer service interactions.
- Mobility: Full flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to vendor facilities and client sites as business demands. Willing to relocate to Bangalore
