Major Responsibilities

- Daily Work Management

Implementation of DWM approach across all functions

Conducting DWM assessment as per established standards and requirements

- Policy Management

Coordinating functions in preparing and deploying annual policy through structured approach (Reflection, SWOT, PESTLE, FSM)

Conducting Monthly & Quarterly PD review

- Quality Control Circle

Ensure active participation of Blue Collar and White-Collar employees in QCC





Register current QCC circles and projects to improve participation.

Conduct internal competition. Prepare teams for external competition.

- Suggestion Scheme

Ensure active participation of Blue Collar and White-Collar employees in suggestion scheme.

Drive suggestion implementation. Plan suggestion forum for implemented suggestions.

- 5S and Visual Factory

Maintain world class factory 5S through audits and creating visual factory standards.

- PD Project

Manage PD projects through QC Story methodology.

Ensure adherence to periodic gate reviews Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

Strong Knowledge on MS Office Tools (PPT, Excel)

Knowledge of Tyre / Auto Ancillary manufacturing process.

Knowledge of TQM systems and practices like PD, DWM, 5S, QCC, Kaizen etc

Knowledge on problem solving techniques and tools.

Experience in training and coaching people on TQM tools

Knowledge on project management

Knowledge of development of standards and documents.

Knowledge on operation and business management and principles

Relevant Experience: B.E. / B.Tech

Education Qualification(s): 5+
