We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead end-to-end Government tendering and IT/Cybersecurity bidding activities across GeM, and other Central & State Government portals. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Cybersecurity, IT Services, SaaS, Compliance, Audit, or Technology Solutions bidding and should be capable of managing the entire bid lifecycle—from chance identification to submission, negotiation, and post-award coordination.

This role requires a strong understanding of government procurement norms along with techno-commercial expertise in IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant Government, PSU, and State tenders on GeM, and other e-procurement portals aligned with IT and Cybersecurity services.
- Analyze RFP/RFQ documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms for cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, audit, and compliance projects.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, methodology, compliance matrix, implementation plan, and resource deployment strategy.
- Develop competitive commercial bids, pricing models, and BOQs in coordination with sales and finance teams to ensure profitability and L1 competitiveness.
- Manage complete GeM portal operations, including product/service listing, bid participation, reverse auctions, and order processing.
- Coordinate internally with cybersecurity, SOC, audit, SaaS, and technical delivery teams to gather technical inputs and ensure accurate solution positioning.
- Prepare all statutory and compliance documentation including EMD, PBG, affidavits, declarations, certifications, and bid security requirements.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, draft technical and commercial queries,



and submit clarifications within defined timelines.
- Track amendments, submission deadlines, and ensure zero disqualification due to documentation gaps.
- Handle negotiation discussions, L1 justifications, rate reasonability analysis, and commercial discussions with government authorities.
- Maintain and update the repository of company credentials, past performance certificates, ISO certifications, MSME/Startup registrations, and technical datasheets.
- Monitor post-award activities including contract signing, compliance documentation, invoice coordination, and PBG submission.
- Maintain detailed MIS reports covering tender pipeline, submission status, win/loss ratio, revenue projections, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with Government departments, PSUs, procurement officers, and strategic partners.
- Continuously improve bid quality, win ratio, and government revenue contribution through pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, and process optimization.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2 years of hands-on experience in Government Tendering.
- Mandatory experience in IT / Cybersecurity / SaaS Sales Bidding.
- Strong working knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions (VAPT, SOC, ISO audits, GRC, TPRM, SaaS platforms) and GeM Portal operations
- Deep understanding of EMD, PBG, bid security, and performance guarantee processes.
- Ability to interpret complex technical RFPs and convert them into structured proposals.
- Strong documentation, Excel, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience handling multi-crore IT/cybersecurity tenders preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Commerce / Business Administration.
- Prior experience working with PSUs, Banks, NBFCs, or Government Departments preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
