Role Overview

The HR Operations Executive will be part of the Global HR Shared Services (HR GCC) team, providing efficient and compliant HR operational support across multiple geographies. The role involves managing key employee lifecycle processes including offer management, pre-boarding process, geo-specific compliance requirements (such as US I-9 verification), onboarding activities, employee movement, query resolution etc.

The incumbent will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and other internal & external vendors to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience. The role also requires hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, and the ability to support HR operations across different regions and time zones while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations
- Manage offer management and pre-boarding activities, including preparation and release of offer letters and employment documentation.
- Coordinate and administer new hire processes, ensuring completion of pre-joining formalities and accurate employee data management in HR systems.
- Facilitate and track background verification and drug testing processes in coordination with external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to geo-specific compliance requirements such as I-9 verification and other regulatory documentation.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and assist with basic HR data reporting as required.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders across geographies to support HR operational processes.
- Provide HR operational support across global time zones, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream.
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration,



preferably within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
- Experience handling HR processes such as onboarding, documentation management, or background verification.
- Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good documentation and data management skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts to support global stakeholders.
