· OP and IP Registration

· OP Billing on HIS (Insta) which includes Lab, OP Consultations, Procedures, Casualty and Ultrasound Scanning

· OP Billing Reconciliation with Finance Team

· OP feedback forms

· Call Management (Receiving, Transferring and Outgoing calls) at the Centre

· Transportation arrangements for Doctors & Staffs as instructed by Centre Manager

· OP appointment booking and follow up with patients

· OP Appointment scheduling and follow up with Doctors

· Effective Coordination with other departments for smooth functioning

· Maintaining the optimum Inventory for stationary

· Handling the patient grievance

· To manage OPDs effectively and also to make sure the consultation rooms are available in the allocated OPD time

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,749.48 per month

Work Location: In person
