Position description:

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overall accounting function within the organisation

 Support with Monthly MIS and Cash flow statement preparations and timely submission with Management and Investors

 Support with Monitoring performance of various verticals and monthly review/discussion with founding team

 Support with preparation of monthly Investor presentations

 Support with preparation of ad hoc workings for Business Teams

 Support with fund raising activity, due diligence and statutory audit

Qualifications & Requirements

 Degree in Finance (CA – Inter, M. Com, B.Com)

 Ability to work well with cross functional teams

 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to ensure effective and timely communications across all level of an organization

 Ability to work within stringent timelines and take responsibility of work

 Proven 6– 7 Yrs of work experience in accounting and finance (Preferably in Manufacturing and Services Industry/ Start-Up)

 Solid analytics skills (Advanced MS Excel and other power BI tools)





 Knowledge in maintaining accounting records in Tally is a Must (Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage)

 Excellent analytical and numerical skills

 Time management skills

 Maintain Ethics and integrity
