Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our US Commercial Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling US pharmaceutical revenue accounting, specifically managing Medicaid rebate claims, chargebacks, and commercial deductions. You will play a key role in claim validation, entity-level financial reporting, and audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Medicaid Rebate Processing & Auditing

Validate, process, and reconcile US state Medicaid rebate claims accurately and within strict deadlines.

Track liability accruals, verify claim calculations against state dispute guidelines, and ensure timely payment releases.

Maintain complete audit trails and documentation for state program transactions to support internal and external audits.

Commercial Deductions & SSA Processing

Process and validate Shelf Stock Adjustment (SSA) claims, chargebacks, and commercial rebate deductions.





Perform detailed reconciliation between customer deductions and valid contractual agreements.

Partner with the commercial and sales operations teams to resolve claim discrepancies and clear customer deductions promptly.

Entity Accounting & Reporting (Enzen & Tioga)

Manage end-to-end month-end accounting entries, ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting for the Enzen and Tioga business entities.

Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and aligned with standard US revenue accounting practices.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Core Competencies: Strong practical knowledge of Medicaid Insurance, Chargebacks, and Rebate Claims in the US healthcare/pharma sector.

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or intermediate skilled qualification (CA Inter / ICWA Inter).

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or global shared services handling US operations.

Technical & Soft Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and ERP accounting software; strong analytical abilities and effective written/verbal communication skills.
