Position: Executive - Data Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an adaptable and tech-savvy Data Management & AI Systems Executive to oversee our ERP ecosystem, data accuracy, reporting, and system implementations. In addition to core ERP operations, the ideal candidate must be skilled in "vibe coding" (using AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or web generators) to rapidly build internal dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and resolve operational bottlenecks without waiting for lengthy software development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP & Software Data Management

- Data Maintenance & Hygiene: Ensure complete data accuracy across company ERP modules, inventory records, sales entries, and operational software.
- Data Correction & Scrubbing: Audit system logs, identify discrepancies, and perform routine data correction to maintain database integrity.
- Master Data Control: Manage item masters, pricing lists, vendor/customer profiles, and user permission access within the ERP system.

2. Reporting & Analytics

- Report Generation: Extract, structure, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports from the ERP/software.
- Report Optimization: Identify errors, missing data, or logic issues in existing software reports and troubleshoot them to ensure accuracy.
- Custom Views & Visuals: Create clean summaries, performance views, and custom management dashboards for leadership.

3. System Implementation & Enhancements

- New System Rollouts: Assist in testing, configuring, and implementing new software, ERP modules,



or operational tools across departments.
- Process Alignment: Work with department heads (Sales, Inventory, Production, Finance) to digitize manual workflows into system-driven processes.

4. Vibe Coding & Rapid Prototyping

- AI-Powered Automation: Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, v0, Bolt.recent) to quickly build custom internal tools, web apps, or automation scripts.
- Rapid Prototyping: Turn departmental requests into working software prototypes or custom report views using natural language AI tools.
- System Integration: Write basic scripts or API workflows to connect disconnected software systems and automate repetitive data transfers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ERP management, data entry/cleaning, database support, or reporting roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, relational databases (SQL basics preferred), and Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong working knowledge of Vibe Coding methodologies (ability to write effective prompts to generate code, debug scripts using AI tools, and build basic frontend/backend workflows).
- Basic understanding of APIs, data exports (CSV/JSON), and lightweight automation platforms (Make/Zapier or Python scripts).
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent eye for detail, logical problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business process flows.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
