Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dosa Master Chef who specializes in authentic South Indian cuisine, particularly different varieties of dosa.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of dosa batter preparation and fermentation, tawa handling, dosa making, chutneys, sambar, idli, vada and other South Indian dishe

Responsibilities

- Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Dosa Master/South Indian Chef preferred.




- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, QSR or South Indian food outlet preferred.
- Formal culinary qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Practical dosa-making skills and consistency are the most important requirements.
- Prepare high-quality dosa varieties such as:

- Plain Dosa

- Masala Dosa

- Mysore Masala Dosa

- Ghee Roast Dosa

- Cheese Dosa

- Rava Dosa

- Set Dosa

- Paper Dosa

- Podi Dosa

- Other specialty dosas
