Job Purpose The Executive - Aviation Services, is responsible for monitoring baggage delivery performances, overseeing data compilation and ensuring accurate reporting of operational performance matric. The role involves managing and analyzing data related to baggage handling, BME performance, SOP compliance, SLA, and coordination for fueling maintenance windows. He is also responsible for activating RVPs to facilitate emergency response vehicles as per DAEP.

The role also includes preparing and presenting weekly and monthly MIS reports. Equipment (BME): Ensure the serviceability and availability of GPU & PCA of 98% achieved in coordination with BME Maintenance and AOCC.

Monitor the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to GHA, Catering, Fueling, BME and TBS Operations during shifts.

Education Qualifications Graduate

Master's degree preferably MBA in Aviation Management Relevant Experience 3-4 Years experience with Airport Operations / GHAs / Airlines.

General awareness of Aerodrome Design and Operations.

Proficient in MS Office, Internet usage.
