Job Title : Executive Assistant (EA) to CMD / Director
Location : Gurugram (Udyog Vihar) On-site Full-time
Experience : Required 6+ years (Executive/EA-level experience with senior leadership)
Office days & timings : Monday to Saturday 2nd & 4th Saturdays off8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
Education : Graduate (any discipline); MBA / PGDM preferred

Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must be residing in Gurugram.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident personality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a agile work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage the Director/CMD's calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel to optimize time and avoid conflicts.
2. Correspondence & Communication: Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Director/CMD; act as a first point of contact and filter for incoming communication.
3. Meeting Coordination: Organize board meetings, management reviews, and client meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-ups, and action-item tracking.
4. Travel & Logistics: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, visas, accommodation, and expense reconciliation.
5. Information Management: Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation; ensure timely retrieval of information and MIS reports for decision-making.
6. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with department heads, business units, board members, investors,
and external parties on behalf of the Director/CMD.
7. Project & Task Follow-up: Track deliverables assigned by the Director/CMD across departments and ensure timely closure, escalating bottlenecks as needed.
8. Event & Visitor Management: Organize internal events, off sites, and VIP visits, ensuring seamless execution and hospitality.
9. Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Director/CMD's office, including budget tracking for office expenses where applicable.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently.
- Prior experience supporting a Director, CMD, CEO, or Chairman in a corporate or large organizational setup will be strongly preferred

Working Conditions :This role may require extended working hours, and availability beyond standard business hours to support the Director/CMD's schedule, including urgent or time-sensitive matters. Note : Candidates who can join immediate to 15 Days can only Apply for this role.
Salary : 55,000 to 65,000 per month
