? Job Opening – Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO/MD

Industrial Filters & Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, well-organized, and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO/MD.

? Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 453771

? Position: Executive Assistant (EA) – CEO/MD

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO/MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, presentations, and management data.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and track action points for timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of management action points.
- Manage CEO travel arrangements, including travel planning, bookings, visa and passport-related coordination.
- Maintain and organize confidential documents and information professionally.
- Prepare regular management dashboards and reports for review by the CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, travel schedules, and other administrative requirements.




- Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.

? Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, Advanced Excel & PowerPoint .
- Good reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Prior experience as an EA/Executive Assistant to Senior Management/CEO/MD will be preferred.
