- This role goes beyond routine EA responsibilities and requires strong ownership, relentless follow-up, and high-speed execution
- The EA will manage task delegation, coordination, documentation, research, and administrative support, ensuring all assigned actions are completed within committed timelines
- The position demands discretion, integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both skilled and personal requirements of the MD, enabling the MD to focus entirely on strategic decision-making.
