- Job Title: Senior Associate-Scientific Writing –
- Medical Affairs &
- Gen AI
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

The Senior Associate in Scientific Writing will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and writing content for a variety of medical materials. This includes brochures, slide decks, newsletters, infographics, and scientific documents, all tailored to meet client requirements with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Candidates should be adept at making independent decisions regarding the presentation of information and the flow of content, ensuring the inclusion of relevant scientific data while enhancing the visual appeal of documents. Key Responsibilities Of Scientific Writing Jobs:

- Review and write medical communication materials in alignment with client specifications.
- Independently structure content and enhance its effectiveness.
- Strong Medical Affairs experience is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience in developing scientific content for pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients.
- Familiarity with scientific databases such as PubMed and Embase is essential.
- Experience with Generative AI tools in scientific writing is preferable.
- Demonstrate understanding of the responsible use of Generative AI in a regulated environment.
- Participate in training programs and client calls, showcasing strong communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with quality and confidentiality standards.

Desired Profile (Experience &

- Key Skills):

- Educational qualification: Pharm. D / BDS / MDS / PhD.
- Experience with Generative AI tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions.
- Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear and engaging content.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements For The Scientific Writing Jobs:

- Mandatory: 4–6 years of relevant medical/scientific writing experience.
- Strong hands-on Medical Affairs experience.
- Preferred: Practical experience with Generative AI tools.




- Strong scientific literature search skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
