POSITION SUMMARY

Amla Commerce is looking for a “.Net Software Architect” to join the “Software Development” team.

Why is this position key?

Amla Commerce is recruiting a “ Software Architect" for the India location.

Software architects are responsible for designing the high-level structure of software systems, Technical Leadership, Quality Assurance,

Performance and Efficiency, Scalability and Availability, Security, Presenting/communicating through diagrams and documentation, Risk mitigation, Maintainability, Innovation, Problem-solving, Long-Term Vision.

Collaboration: Collaborating with various stakeholders/owners to determine software requirements

System Design:This involves defining the high-level structure, components, modules, and their interactions.



It also includes making decisions about technologies, platforms, and frameworks to be used.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical coaching/Mentoring to development teams.

Quality Assurance:Define the coding standards, best practices, guidelines & processes to guide and assist the development team.

Troubleshooting:Involving in resolving system issues with optimizing code and other performance-critical aspects of the system.

Scalability and Availability: Increased loads and remain available and responsive. Also make decisions related to load balancing, clustering, and fault tolerance.

Security: Identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing security measures to protect against threats.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation that describes the system's architecture, components, and design decisions.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks is an important responsibility. Architects assess potential bottlenecks, dependencies, and technical challenges and develop strategies to address them.

Long-Term Planning: Architects take a long-term view of the project, planning for future enhancements, scalability, and technology updates.

Problem Solving:Need to solve complex technical problems and challenges during the development process.

MUST-HAVES FOR THIS GIG

- 8+ years in .Net technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MCA, or equivalent.
- Experience in web development activity using .Net framework.
- ASP.Net MVC, .Net core with C#, REST API, Web Services, SOAP, JSON, XML, JavaScript, Jquery & SQL.
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentation.
- Should possess team handling skills.

NICE-TO-HAVES FOR THIS GIG: Software Architects are detail-oriented and have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Working knowledge of web hosting solutions on IIS.
- Experience working with an offshore –onsite development process.
- Azure & React preferred.
