Role Description The Event Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads, managing client inquiries, and coordinating event-related sales activities from initial contact through post-event follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with the event planning team to align sales commitments with operational capabilities, and supporting onsite execution when needed.

Coordinator also assists in developing promotional strategies, participates in client meetings and presentations, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
- Event planning and event management abilities, including organizing timelines, coordinating logistics, and supporting onsite execution.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in an event or hospitality environment.
- Relevant experience in event coordination, corporate events, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
