Kalamaya is a reputed Event Management company based in Ernakulam, Kerala conducting corporate events, conferences, weddings, exhibitions and branding initiatives across India and the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Event Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have robust project management and leadership skills, excellent vendor coordination abilities, and hands-on experience managing event production and on-ground operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of an event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end production and execution of events.
- Translate event concepts and client requirements into detailed production plans.
- Develop event timelines, production schedules, checklists, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers,



production teams, venues, and other stakeholders.
- Manage event setup, staging, lighting, sound, AV, décor, branding, furniture, and other production requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assess venues for production and logistical requirements.
- Coordinate manpower and assign responsibilities to production and on-ground teams.
- Supervise event setup, rehearsals, live execution, and dismantling.
- Ensure all production elements are delivered and installed according to specifications and timelines.
- Monitor production budgets, quotations, purchase requirements, and vendor costs.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
- Identify potential production and operational risks and develop contingency plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000 per month -₹50,000 per month
