We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ethics Committee Coordinator to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ethics and compliance, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Coordinate and manage the activities of the ethics committee, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement effective ethics policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate ethical risks associated with research and development.

- Conduct thorough reviews of protocols, informed consent forms, and other documents to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.





- Provide training and guidance on ethics-related matters to staff members.

- Maintain accurate records of ethics committee activities, including minutes, resolutions, and actions taken.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of ethical principles, regulations, and industry standards in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

- Experience working with ethics committees or similar bodies is desirable.
