Role & responsibilities

- Prepare DPR ( Detailed project report) cost estimates for government building projects
- Develop BOQs, cost abstracts, detailed rate analysis, and financial summaries
- Study architectural/structural drawings and design inputs for DPR ( Detailed project report) preparation
- Ensure DPRs comply with PWD SOR, State Government norms, and codes
- Coordinate with design, survey, and planning teams
- Prepare project cost phasing, feasibility inputs, and viability analysis
- Assist in technical reports and support during government scrutiny, clarifications & approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / http://B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5+ Years of experience exclusively in Government Building Projects - Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in estimation & DPR ( Detailed project report) for govt buildings: offices, hospitals, schools, housing, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
- Solid knowledge of PWD SOR, MoRTH, rate analysis & govt procedures
- Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with MP PWD / Central Govt / PSU building projects
- Familiarity with feasibility studies and technical sanctions
