Software / Technical Support Executive – Job Opening

We are hiring for the position of Software / Technical Support Executive for our ERP & HRMS software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide software support to clients via call, remote access, email, and WhatsApp.

Handle client queries related to ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Accounts, and other modules.

Coordinate with development team for issue resolution and bug tracking.

Visit client locations for software installation, training, implementation, and support when required.

Understand client requirements and explain software workflows/configurations.

Maintain proper follow-up and issue status with clients.

Test software features and report issues properly.

Assist clients in basic SQL/database related support if required.

Required Skills





Basic understanding of software applications and technical support.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of ERP/HRMS/Payroll software will be preferred.

Basic SQL/MS Excel knowledge preferred.

Ability to handle clients professionally.

Willingness to travel for client visits.

Eligibility:

Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications, IT, BCA, B.Tech, or related field.

Freshers with positive technical understanding can also apply.

Experience in software support/customer support will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Own Bike/Scooty preferred.

Driving License preferred.

Candidate should be comfortable for client site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
