EarthEn Energy is hiring an Erection & Commissioning Engineer with hands-on boiler commissioning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle boiler erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning at industrial sites.
- Execute hydrotesting, flushing, pressure testing, equipment checks and functional testing.
- Support boiler startup/light-up and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams during installation and commissioning.
- Handle mechanical completion, troubleshooting, punch-list closure and site handover.
- Read and work with P&IDs;, piping and mechanical equipment.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory: Hands-on boiler erection + pre-commissioning + commissioning experience




- Experience with industrial/process/thermal equipment.
- Knowledge of IBR and steam systems is preferred.
- Willing to travel to project/customer sites across India.

Significant: This is NOT a maintenance/O&M; role. We are specifically looking for candidates with project-based erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning experience.
