Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ESG Officer / ESG Executive / Sustainability Professional to drive Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives at our manufacturing facility.

The role will be responsible for ESG compliance, sustainability reporting, environmental compliance, ESG data management, audits, customer ESG assessments and implementation of sustainability improvement initiatives aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Candidates with experience in ESG, Sustainability, EHS, Environmental Compliance, ESG Reporting, EcoVadis, GRI, BRSR, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement ESG and sustainability initiatives across plant operations.
- Monitor and report ESG performance indicators including energy, water, waste, emissions and resource efficiency.
- Collect, analyze and maintain ESG data, reports, dashboards and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate ESG audits, customer audits and sustainability audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, social standards and company policies.
- Support initiatives related to carbon reduction, waste management, resource efficiency and sustainable manufacturing.
- Coordinate with HR, EHS, Production, Quality and other departments for ESG and sustainability activities.
- Support customer ESG assessments,



EcoVadis requirements and sustainability questionnaires.
- Support ESG reporting and documentation in line with relevant frameworks and customer requirements.
- Conduct employee awareness and training programs on ESG and sustainability practices.
- Maintain records and documentation required for ESG, environmental and sustainability compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies
- 46 years of experience in ESG / Sustainability / EHS / Environmental Compliance / ESG Reporting.
- Good knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability practices.
- Experience in ESG reporting, audits and compliance management.
- Understanding of environmental laws, manufacturing processes and sustainability KPIs.
- Exposure to EcoVadis, GRI, BRSR, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
- Robust skills in ESG data analysis, reporting, documentation and coordination.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and drive action-plan closure.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from textile, manufacturing, chemical, process, engineering or other industrial sectors are preferred.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or a relevant field.
