Job Summary

TESCRA India is seeking a highly organized and technically adept Environment Provisioning Specialist to join our dynamic Enablement Environments team. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless provisioning and management of training environments, supporting our learners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud-based environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management. You will be instrumental in managing training schedules, overseeing administrative tasks, and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Enablement Environments team to efficiently provision and manage cloud-based training environments.
- Understand, troubleshoot, and effectively communicate technical issues related to training environments with various technical stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the project schedule for learners, ensuring timely access to and utilization of training resources.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative activities associated with training environments, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain regular and clear communication channels with business units and internal teams regarding environment status and requirements.
- Manage external and internal stakeholder expectations for the training environments program, ensuring alignment and transparency.




- Drive customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of defined project scopes and objectives.
- Capture and disseminate lessons learned to the broader team to foster continuous improvement.
- Communicate confidently and proactively throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing potential risks.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must-Have Skills

- Proven experience in provisioning and managing cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Experience in an LD or training operations environment.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
